The project consists in the renovation of a residential unit overlooking the harbour of Trani, whose entrance is located in the square at the back. The unit develops on three levels plus the flat roof. The project is the result of the dialogue of two separate unities and designs the interior dividing the sleeping area from the living area following the wall of the central spine. In the sleeping area there are also two rooms with bathrooms that connect to each other at the level of intermediate ornamental floors where all the cupboards were placed. The living area, where you can get in by a stone staircase, is divided into two halls accommodating the dining and living area and the kitchen area which remains open and divided only by a low step. The wooden staircase projecting from the wall leads to the third floor overlooking the living room and the terrace roof through a big glass wall that brings light to the lower level; from the third floor, with a few steps, you enter the terrace roof overlooking the harbour and the Cathedral. An equally important aspect in the design phase focused on the development and design of all furnishings.
