The project involves a multi-storey building from the early 60's in a highly dilapidated state. The restoration involves the use of the most advanced technologies for the restoration of reinforced concrete and consolidation of external faces. At the same time, we seize this opportunity to redesign the exterior facades by replacing the metal banisters inserting crystal parapets that confer more lightness to the front.
