The project consists in the renovation of a farm in the Alta Murgia National Park, offering a panoramic vista of Castel del Monte, in order to transform it into a hotel. The project involves the preservative restoration of the "jazzo", a dry stone enclosure for sheep typical of this area, and the restoration of all the volumes that compose the rural complex. In the avant-corps the construction of four accommodation units is planned, each one connected to the volume at the back that has been designed to accommodate the common spaces with spa area on two levels, living rooms, a restaurant with a bar, while the part of the building close to the border is designed to accommodate the kitchens and service areas of the hotel.
